La sexualidad en la relacion
Si hay un tema candente en una relación de pareja es la sexualidad, detrás de esto están nuestros deseos de sentirnos, amados, valorados y deseados por nuestro compañero.
Si bien es cierto que el proceso de convivencia, la rutina, las fricciones y las dificultades de relación pueden llegar a afectar la sexualidad, tenemos que tener en cuenta que muchas veces el mensaje que damos a nuestra pareja no siempre lo entenderá en el sentido que queremos, sino en aquel que expresamos.
Muchas dificultades a este nivel están en la comunicación.
Déjeme ser un poco más clara y ponerle un ejemplo:
El llega a casa y desde que entra comenta en varias ocasiones el día tan pesado que tuvo y lo cansado que está, así como sus inmensos deseos de acostarse y dormir temprano.
Cuando están en el cuarto, y se disponen a ello, el simplemente se da la vuelta se acobija y da a entender que se dispone a dormir.
¿Qué habrá entendido ella?
Correcto, estamos de acuerdo, ella entenderá que el no quiere una relación sexual, y que no es el momento.
Lo que menos querrá es parecer poco considerada, con lo cual pese a su gran deseo, y a que espe4raba intimar esa noche, esperará otra oportunidad para hacerlo.
Pero tras esta situación tan simple y cotidiana, que nos resulta incluso tan conocida, encontramos los deseos y fantasías de él, de que sea ella la que empiece la relación, lo busque, y lo incite para tener intimidad.
¿Pero como podría ella adivinarlo?
Cuando la situación se presenta repetida y continuamente nos encontraremos con una dificultad a nivel sexual, él no se siente plenamente satisfecho, y si miramos el otro lado de la moneda, es muy posible que ella tampoco.
Pues repetidas noches habrá quedado con las ganas de intimidad y de obtener satisfacción sexual, de sentirse amada y deseada, al igual que él.
¿es su comunicación sexual con su pareja clara?
¿expresa ud adecuadamente lo que desea?
¿debe adivinar su pareja que es lo que ud desea, y ello le ocasiona dificultades a nivel de la relación?
